Rapid Control Prototyping systems
AA has matured a deep experience in ECU simulation and prototyping. In particular we offer our customers the ability to implement a V-ECU (Virtual Engine Control Unit) in very short time: typically 2-3 months. We provide support for any kind of engine: gasoline and diesel, PFI (port Fule Injection) or DI (Direct Injection), naturally aspirated or turbocharged. The applications developed up to now include both test bench systems, implemented on NI PXI or DSpace hardware platforms, and onboard systems, based on NI cRIO platform.
Aside the main RCP applications, we developed a series of custom signal conditioning modules, dedicated to EPS (Engine Postion Sensing), active programmable attenuators, injection and ignition drivers, actuators drivers and controllers (wastegate actuators, boost controller, diesel high-pressure DI pump regulation, etc...).
